Registration options

You can register online using our secure server.

Paying by credit card?

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Delta, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and Solo.

Paying by cheque or bank transfer?

Register online and select the option to Pay by cheque or bank transfer, print the invoice we email to you and follow the payment instructions included thereon. That's all there is to it.

Please note that we can only accept cheques drawn in GBP from UK banks and financial institutions. Instructions for making payment by UK and international bank transfer will be included on your invoice.

Pay-on-the-day registration

Spaces-permitting, you may be able to pay-on-the-day. Please note however that seats cannot be guaranteed without registering in advance of the event so there is a strong chance that you could be turned away at the door. Sad, but true.

To register on the day, please visit the event registration desk at the ICA on the morning of the day that you wish to attend.

Pay-on-the-day registrations must be paid for by Visa, Visa Debit, Delta, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Solo or in cold, hard cash! Cheque payments will not be accepted.

Attendee cancellations, substitutions and refunds

If you must cancel then you will receive a 100% refund less a £50.00 (+ VAT) administration fee, provided you cancel more than 28 days before your scheduled event date. Cancellations made 7-28 days before the scheduled event date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received within 7 days of the scheduled event date will not be refunded, however a substitute delegate can be nominated at any time up to one business day before the scheduled event date(s) you were due to attend.

Speaker substitutions and workshop cancellations

Don't you just hate it when you turn up at an event only to find that speaker you paid to see has been replaced with someone else? So do we. Which is why, in the event that one of our speakers falls ill, has an accident or can't get to the event for any other reason whatsoever, we will refund you your registration fee for the affected day(s).
