Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions about registration and payment, the workshops and the venue.

Registration and payment

What discounts are available?

Discounts are available for attending two or three workshops (instead of just one) and for booking early. See our pricing information for more details.

We also offer a 10% discount for groups of ten or more from the same company. Please contact us to discuss group bookings and group booking discounts.

Is it safe for me to register using my debit/credit card on your site?

Of course. Our website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your information when you place your order. This means that your order cannot be read as it travels over the internet, so your debit/credit card information is secure.

Can I pay by cheque or bank transfer?

Yes. When you check out your order you will be given the option to pay offline. If you select this option we will email you an invoice to return with your payment. Your registration request will be processed when your payment has been received in full.

Please note that only cheques drawn from UK banks and financial institutions are accepted if paying by cheque.

Can I pay in a currency other than Great Britain Pounds (GBP)?

No. All transactions will be paid in Great Britain Pounds (GBP). The exchange rate at the time you make your payment will hold firm. Should the rate fluctuate either way, you will not owe additional funds, nor will we offer a rebate of the difference.

Will you sell my personal information?

No. We never share personal information with other companies. Attendee lists are usually given to event attendees to make it easy to stay in touch; however you will be given the option to "opt-out" of any attendee lists when registering. (Attendee lists will include your name and company name only.)

The workshops

What time do the workshops start?

The workshops run from 9am to 5pm, with time out for lunch, and brief morning and afternoon breaks for tea, coffee and biscuits (mmmm biscuits). You will need to sign-in at the venue each day between 8.30am and 9.00am.

Is lunch provided?

Yes - and a vegetarian option will be available too. If you have any other special requirements, please let us know.

The venue

Where can I find travel information and directions?

Our venue page contains directions and travel information.

What is the dress code?

There is no dress code. That doesn't mean that you should come naked though. Itís not one of those events.

Does the ICA accommodate special needs?

We do our utmost to accommodate attendees with special needs. If you have any special needs or requirements, please contact us so that we can investigate these with the venue and / or other suppliers. (You may want to contact the ICA directly for information regarding the venue.)

I'd like to attend, but I can't make it to London. Will you be visiting other cities?
